Visiting & Ordering

Can I visit your atelier and shop in person?

Yes. Our Berlin atelier offers a carefully curated selection of Ready-to-Ship pieces that you can try on, purchase and take home immediately. Every garment is professionally cleaned and polished before being displayed.

Can I try on latex before buying?

Absolutely. We'd be happy to arrange a personal appointment at our Berlin atelier, where you can try on different styles, compare sizes and receive individual advice.

Why are you only open on selected days?

Our atelier is both a workshop and a showroom. That's why we're open without an appointment on Fridays and Saturdays - simply stop by, try on our Ready-to-Ship pieces and enjoy a personal consultation.

If you'd like to visit during the week, we're happy to arrange a private appointment. From Monday to Thursday between 12:00 pm and 6:00 pm, as well as from 11:00 am onwards on Fridays and Saturdays, we'll gladly find a time that suits you.

How can I contact you?

The best way to reach us is by email at info@chronomaticlatex.com or by phone at +49 (0)30 1225 1188.

As we don't use social media for customer service, we kindly ask you to contact us by email or phone. This ensures that no message gets lost and allows us to assist you as thoroughly as possible.

Which size should I choose?

You can find our Size Guide here. If you're unsure which size is right for you, we're always happy to help.

Do you offer made-to-measure garments?

Yes. Many of our designs can be made to measure. You can either visit our atelier to be measured in person, or we'll send you a detailed measurement sheet with step-by-step instructions.

Do you accept custom design requests?

Yes - as long as they fit within Chronomatic's design language. Requests that differ significantly from our style or product range are generally not possible.

Why are your production times so long?

Every garment is handmade in our Berlin atelier after you place your order. That's why our production time is usually 6–10 weeks.

Need your outfit sooner? Take a look at our Ready-to-Ship section, or send us an email before placing your order with the item, colour and size you're looking for.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship our latex clothing worldwide. Customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Our Products

Where is your latex clothing made?

Every Chronomatic design is created and handmade in our Berlin atelier. We place great value on premium materials, precise craftsmanship and timeless design.

Are all products handmade?

Almost - with the exception of our gloves, every Chronomatic piece is handmade in our Berlin atelier. Our gloves are produced using a dipping process and then carefully finished by us, which is why they cannot be made to measure.

Do you offer repairs?

Yes - but only for Chronomatic garments.

Simply send us a short description and, if possible, a few photos of the damage, and we'll be happy to see what we can do.

Do you offer menswear?

No.

We specialise in modern femme latex wear. Our garments are designed around feminine silhouettes and can be worn by people of all genders. We simply don't offer traditional menswear patterns.

Do you sell latex masks?

No. Traditional latex masks or latex hoods are not part of our collection.

Do you offer chlorinated latex?

No. We exclusively work with high-quality, non-chlorinated natural latex to preserve its characteristic feel, beautiful shine and unique material properties.

Latex Basics

Is latex suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Many of our customers start with a skirt, top or bodysuit. These styles are versatile, easy to wear and a perfect introduction to the world of latex.

What is latex clothing?

Latex clothing is made from high-quality natural latex—an elastic material derived from the sap of the rubber tree. Its signature shine, body-hugging fit and unique feel make it unlike any other material.

What does latex feel like to wear?

Latex fits closely to the body and gently adapts through body heat. Many people describe it as feeling like a second skin.

Can I wear latex in everyday life?

Of course. Many of our designs can easily be combined with other fabrics and worn for everyday outfits as well as special occasions.

Is latex warm?

Yes. Latex retains heat more than many fabrics. With the right outfit and proper hydration, it can still be worn comfortably on warm days.

Can latex tear?

Latex is highly elastic but should not be overstretched or exposed to sharp objects. With the correct size and proper care, it can last for many years.

Does latex have a smell?

Yes. Natural latex has its own distinctive scent, which is completely normal and appreciated by many latex enthusiasts.

Is every latex garment identical?

No. As natural latex is a natural material and every garment is handmade, slight variations in colour or texture may occur. That's part of what makes every piece unique.

Which latex thickness do you use?

Most of our garments are made from premium 0.35 mm natural latex. Depending on the design, thicker latex may also be used.

Why is latex so shiny?

Its signature shine comes from specialised latex polishing products. Without proper care, latex has a more satin-like appearance.

Is latex vegan?

Natural latex itself is plant-based, as it is derived from the sap of the rubber tree. However, some latex care products may contain animal-derived ingredients.

Is latex waterproof?

Yes. Latex itself is waterproof, but it should always be allowed to dry completely after washing. We recommend leaving garments to dry for around 24 hours before storing them.

Does latex discolour over time?

UV light, heat and contact with metals such as copper or brass can affect latex over time. Proper care and storage will help keep your garments looking beautiful.

Latex Care

How do I care for latex?

With the right care, latex can remain beautiful for many years. Everything you need to know about dressing, washing, drying, polishing and storing your garments can be found in our Latex Care Guide.
